Our repay policy lasts for 30 days, from the date of purchase, or 7 days after item delivery. If your item(s) does not arrive, does not materially match your product description, or it’s faulty, we will reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, taking into account shipping costs. Customers will have to incur the cost of the return shipment. There are no reimbursements after 24 hours: when you placed your order, your item processed and shipped.
In cases where an item is undelivered due to courier faults: lost in transit, delivered to a wrong address, regardless of providing correct address, we will arrange for a replacement order, minus additional cost. Nevertheless, the latter scenario is not subject to a refund due to unexpected delays.
For items delivered to the wrong address caused by a customer submitting incorrect details, the customer will cover the replacement costs. Therefore, be cautious when inputting your shipping address. Express shipping fee is not refundable once the item is shipped; Clients will also have to bear the returning costs if they fail to pick their item on time. We will use standard shipping for making replacement orders.
