‘Change of Mind Returns

1. Simply Online will allow a return for Refund or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
1. – Returned within 30 days of receiving the order;
2. – As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
3. In a resalable condition;
4. – Not damaged in any way.
2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping and the restocking fee ($18). If the item is not received by Simply Online you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange.
4. You may be provided with a product exchange, refund, or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS
Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Simply Online within 30 days.’

In cases where an item is undelivered due to courier faults: lost in transit, delivered to a wrong address, regardless of providing correct address, we will arrange for a replacement order, minus additional cost. Nevertheless, the latter scenario is not subject to a refund due to unexpected delays.

For items delivered to the wrong address caused by a customer submitting incorrect details, the customer will cover the replacement costs. Therefore, be cautious when inputting your shipping address. Express shipping fee is not refundable once the item is shipped; Clients will also have to bear the returning costs if they fail to pick their item on time. We will use standard shipping for making replacement orders.
